- Tracey Bowra Added September 26, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a great experience here today. I drove my 2010 XC60 to the service centre without a booking. I was attended to by Adrian Bottaro -service manager. I explained that I had a new battery put in the car by roadside assist(battery was original) and since that the Satnav had no voice. I followed the manual and could not get a voice - the map etc worked fine. He had a look and called over the workshop foreman - I think it was Matt. He put in a cd with software correction/overwrite capabilities and 15 minutes later it had corrected all firmware problems and the Satnav was back to normal. I have not had my car serviced here and am very thankful that Adrian and Matt were happy to help and fix my problem. No charge - "enjoy the rest of your day" were Adrian's parting words - Excellent, friendly and happy to help service. Thank you very much...Tony
